Project Overview
This was an internal initiative to develop proprietary software programs. This project consisted of web and desktop tools to improve the efficiency of quality assurance testing processes.
I worked as a UX lead and collaborated with product owners, a project manager, business analysts, developers and a second designer in the creation of three tools with the goal of establishing the program interface and ensuring usability for the intended audience.
As the UX lead, I was in charge of developing the site structure and an initial design system to be used throughout the design process. I also oversaw the creation of screen designs for each program and the maintenance of the design system.

Design System
Throughout the project, I maintained a design system file and created new components as needed. I collaborated with a second designer to establish the brand look and finalize designs before committing them to the design system.
